Spa Etiquette
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow you to transition from the
hectic outside to the serenity of the spa world.
Cell Phones and Pagers
For the consideration of all guests, please turn off all cell phones and pagers while you are at the spa.
Cancellation Policy
The services you select are reserved especially for you. We require at least a $25 deposit by credit card or
with your gift certificate when booking services to ensure that your time is held. To avoid being charged
for your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 Business hours notice for the cancellation of a single
service and 48 Business hours notice for cancellation on packages or multiple services. Same day
cancellations and no show appointments will result in a charge for services cancelled or missed. Gift
certificates can be used for the deposit and will be void if cancellation is not made within the 24-48 hour
time period. Thank you for your consideration for other guests and our spa professionals, as we do reserve
this time especially for you.
Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated, as are your referrals. 15 to 20 percent is customary. A 15 percent gratuity
will be added to your total for groups of 4 or more people. Thank you in advance for your referrals.
Medical Concerns
Our treatments are not meant to replace treatments received by professionals at a medical facility or conditions or health problems. If you have questions or concerns about a medical condition you may have, please seek medical advice before booking your service.
